Celebrating the 50th Independence Anniversary of Bangladesh in Tripoli, Libya
I was filled with immense joy and warmth on the evening of Wednesday, April 9, 2025, as I had the honor of attending the celebration marking the 50th Independence Anniversary of Bangladesh. This invitation was graciously extended to Dr. Abubakar Abu Sweireh, Dean of the College of Islamic Call, who kindly entrusted me to represent him at the event.
The occasion was further illuminated by the gracious reception and generous hospitality extended to me by the graduates of the College of Islamic Call, who now hold diplomatic positions at their embassy—a testament to their excellence and enduring connection with their esteemed alma mater. Indeed, knowledge fosters kinship, and this was beautifully reflected in their deep appreciation, reverence, and heartfelt tribute to their late mentor, Professor Dr. Mohammed Masoud Jabran (may God have mercy on him). Their sincere recognition of his contributions and their loyalty to their distinguished college embodied true gratitude and devotion.
I pray to Almighty God to grant our country enduring prosperity, leadership, and stability.
