General Registrar’s Office at the College of Islamic Da'wah

To achieve excellence in all operations and services of the Registrar’s Office across its various departments—Student Affairs, Registration and Admissions, Academic Affairs and Examinations, and Student Housing—while ensuring quality, transparency, and fairness among students. This is accomplished through optimal use of technology, a distinguished workforce, efficient operational systems, and partnerships with renowned Islamic universities to enhance academic and missionary endeavors.

1. Student Affairs Department

This department welcomes newly admitted students whose files are transferred from the Registration and Admissions Unit. It issues each student an enrollment number and a college ID card, then oversees their administrative procedures with the college administration. Students are referred to an evaluation committee to determine their academic level and appropriate year of study.

Additionally, the department monitors student attendance, enforces regulations, ensures faculty punctuality in lectures, processes student requests through standardized forms, and compiles annual student statistics.

Mission:

To facilitate students' academic journey by offering integrated services, addressing challenges, and providing a conducive learning environment that fosters talent development and academic distinction.

  • Monitor students' progress and provide support services to help them achieve their goals.

a. Admissions and Registration Unit

This unit oversees student registration, manages the admissions committee, processes enrollment applications, and prepares scholarship lists for students at all levels—from the preparatory institute to postgraduate studies.

Vision:

Leadership and success in attracting outstanding students to cultivate missionaries who uphold Islamic values of moderation, ambition, and high aspirations.

Mission:

To provide streamlined admission services, overcome traditional enrollment obstacles, and leverage the college’s academic reputation and global missionary influence.

Objectives:

  • Develop scholarship programs and enhance admission criteria using technology.

  • Improve efficiency and encourage excellence among staff.

  • Strengthen partnerships with international organizations and Islamic universities.

  • Adopt global university practices in electronic admissions.

b. General Activities Unit

This unit supervises all sports, cultural, and social activities organized by the administration or students, both on and off campus.

Vision:

A leading role model among Islamic universities in student activities—social, cultural, sports, arts, and training.

Mission:

To engage students in productive leisure activities, develop their personalities and talents, and support extracurricular programs that complement academic life.

Objectives:

  • Enhance students' social, psychological, and educational awareness.

  • Encourage student participation in decision-making through cultural and sports activities.

  • Foster community spirit and religious unity.

  • Promote volunteerism and public service.

  • Educate students on societal issues and motivate them to serve Muslim communities.

c. Vocational Training Unit

This institute offers practical training in eight specializations to prepare students for future careers:

  6. Carpentry

  7. Computer Skills

  8. Tailoring

d. Mosque Unit

The mosque serves not only as a place of worship but also hosts Quran memorization programs, religious lectures, and events where students practice preaching and leading prayers.

Mission:

Enhancing communication skills for mosque imams and participants, fostering positive relationships with students.

Objectives:

3. Relations Department

This department handles residency procedures for students, issues entry/exit visas, and arranges travel bookings for staff on external assignments.
