Islamic Call College Signs a Memorandum of Understanding and Joint Scientific Cooperation with the Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies

As part of strengthening scientific and academic cooperation between educational institutions, the Islamic Call College today signed a Memorandum of Understanding and joint scientific cooperation with the Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies.

The signing ceremony was attended by the Dean of the Islamic Call College, Prof. Dr. Abu Bakr Mohammed Abu Suweir, and the President of the Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies, Prof. Dr. Ramadan Al-Madani, along with a number of deans and officials from both sides.

In his speech, the Dean of the College emphasized that this agreement comes within the context of the college's openness to its academic environment and its efforts to enhance the exchange of scientific expertise, develop training programs, and expand areas of joint scientific research. This is in line with its mission of training and qualifying cadres and serving society in accordance with its academic and da’wah (missionary) goals.

For his part, the President of the Academy expressed his pride in signing this agreement with the Islamic Call College, affirming the Academy’s keenness to expand its academic and educational partnerships with various universities and institutes. He noted that this partnership reinforces the Academy’s position as a prestigious academic institution established in 1988, offering specialized postgraduate programs, training centers, and advanced scientific laboratories.

The agreement included several key provisions, most notably the implementation of joint scientific research, the organization of seminars and conferences, joint supervision of academic studies, and the organization of specialized training programs.

The meeting concluded with the exchange of commemorative gifts between the two institutions in a friendly atmosphere that reflects their mutual commitment to ensuring the success of this blessed step and placing it on the right track in service of academic and research work.
